Niagara Falls

Shared between Canada and the USA, the Niagara Falls are as spectacular and beautiful as they are famous. About 50 metres high and 800 metres wide, the horseshoe falls are on the Canadian side of the border. More interesing in shape and character, but less perfect in symmetry, are the American falls - these are about 300 metres wide.
